Josh loves working with a diverse patient population in which he can utilize all his skill sets. He would say the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) is his tool box and everything else he has learned is a tool within that toolbox. He enjoys identify the “root” issues in an effective and efficient manner and then providing his clients/patients with “tools” in which they can self-treat their condition. He believes proper functional movement is the basis in keeping healthy joints and muscles to prevent injury.
