Jeff loves working with a diverse patient population in which he can utilize all his skill sets. He utilizes the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) to identify the root of the problem in musculoskeletal pain. MDT is a comprehensive philosophy of active patient involvement and education based on sound principles and fundamentals that when applied by a knowledgeable clinician is very successful in allowing the individual to control their pain and stiffness allowing them to get back to the activities that are important in their life. Once out of pain, Jeff incorporates other treatments including manual therapy and functional exercise which complements MDT in not only allowing an individual to recover from an episode of musculoskeletal pain, but help prevent its recurrence.
