Telehealth Online Consultation

Colleen joined ASST in 2020.  She graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada (1985). Colleen draws on extensive experience to direct her patients reaching their goals and to empower patients through education.

Colleen was inspired by the example of her family of dedicated medical providers to serve others by providing health care.  She has pursued post graduate training and certification in Manual Therapy, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Certified MDT clinician), ASTYM therapy (certified through Performance Dynamics) and a wide variety of focused clinical treatment approaches.

Colleen’s athletic background includes hiking, skiing, equestrian sports, swimming, tennis, yoga and skating.  She and her husband are the proud parents of two wonderful young women:  a primary care physician in Seattle and a photographer/graphic designer in Montreal, Canada.

Colleen’s athletic interests, her family life and professional experience all contribute to provide her insight and understanding as she works with patients of all ages:  young (and less young!) athletes, young mothers, busy parents, professionals in business settings (like her husband), musicians, active retirees and elderly patients (including her 93-year-old parents).

Colleen sees the physical therapist and patient as a team.  The therapist must actively listen and carefully investigate, the patient provides information and feedback and participates through exercise and strategies taught to make lasting changes for successful outcomes.
